Before you send it
- Send it as a Photo, not a Document. Documents show no preview in the group.
- Put the message in the caption of this image, so it goes as one message instead of two.
- Naming the building matters. "For [Apartment] residents" gets roughly double the response of a generic card, which is the whole reason this box exists.
- Keep the apartment name short. Very long names shrink to fit, which makes them harder to read on a small screen.
- Ask the admin to pin the message so it stays at the top of the group all day.
