- The apartment group. Picture plus the caption, as one message. Use the short version if the group is busy.
- WhatsApp Status, every day. One of the four tall pictures each day, rotating. Everyone who has your number sees it, it costs nothing, and nobody can be annoyed by it. This is the most underused free reach you have.
- Printed. The tall pictures print well as a door hanger or a lift poster. Put them on the flats doing interior work, and in every lift lobby.
- 1 to 1. The personal message to the 40 flats you know are working right now. Smallest list, best chance.
Rules that still hold
- Answer inside five minutes during the day. Everything else is wasted if you do not.
- Never argue about price in the group. "Message me and I will give you an exact figure for your flat."
- One post a day at most in the group. Status can run daily without counting against that.
- Same picture on Status for two days maximum, then change it. People stop seeing a repeat.
