How customers use Settings Page.

What it does

You can change your home's name or update its location whenever needed.

How to use it

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap Homes.
  3. Select Default Home (your primary home).
  4. Tap Edit.
  5. Update the Home Name or Grab Location as needed.
  6. Tap Save to apply the changes.

Real-life example

  • You shifted to a new flat. You open Edit, change the location with Grab Location, so your sunrise/sunset automations work correctly for the new area.

What it does

You can give someone temporary access to your home โ€” like a guest, relative, or house help โ€” and set an expiry time so the access ends automatically.

How to use it

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap Homes.
  3. Select your default home.
  4. Tap Guest User.
  5. Tap the "+" icon to add a new guest.
  6. Enter the guest's email ID or phone number.
  • (The guest must download the app and register to get access.)
  1. Select the expiry date and expiry time โ€” how long they can access your home.
  2. Tap Add to finish.
  3. You can remove or cancel access anytime.

Real-life example โ€” Cleaner for 2 hours

You want your cleaner to use only the hall lights and fan while you're at the office.

  1. Add the cleaner as a Guest User.
  2. Set Expiry Date: Today.
  3. Set Expiry Time: 2 hours from now.
  4. Save the access.

Now your cleaner can turn the lights and fan ON/OFF for those 2 hours only. After that, the access ends on its own and they can no longer control anything. This keeps your home safe while still helping trusted people for a short time.

What it does

The Home section lets you manage more than one property in the app. You can create a new home, join someone else's home, edit details, or choose your main (default) home. This suits people who manage a flat, villa, office, or parents' house.

Options in the Home menu

  • All Registered Homes โ€” Shows every home linked to your account.
  • Create a New Home โ€” Add a brand-new property.
  • Join an Existing Home โ€” Request access to another user's home.

Creating a new home

  1. Tap Create a New Home.
  2. Enter the Home Name.
  3. Choose Make Default (On/Off) โ€” turn ON if this is your main home.
  4. Enable Location Grab so sunrise/sunset and weather automations work correctly.
  5. Tap Create Home. Your new home is created instantly.

Joining an existing home

  1. Tap Join an Existing Home.
  2. Enter the Email ID or Phone Number of the primary user.
  3. Tap Search.
  4. The homes linked to that user appear.
  5. Tap Request to join.
  6. The primary user must accept your request.
  7. Once approved, you can control all devices in that home.

Real-life example

  • Your son lives in another city. He sends a request to join your home, you accept it, and now he can help you control your devices from far away.

The Default Home is the home that opens first whenever you start the app.

Daily benefits

  • No confusion when you manage many properties.
  • Faster access to your main devices.
  • Automations, schedules, and routines always stay tied to the correct home.

Editing an existing home

  1. Tap the home you want to edit.
  2. Tap Edit.
  3. Update the Home Name.
  4. Enable or disable Location Grab if needed.
  5. Tap Update Home to save.

Adding a secondary user (share access with family, tenants, or staff)

  1. Go to your Default Home.
  2. Tap Users.
  3. Tap New User.
  4. Enter the Email ID of the person you want to add.
  5. Tap Add. The user is added and can access the home.

Switching between homes

  1. Open Default Home.
  2. Tap Enter Home.
  3. Select the home you want to switch to.
  4. Tap Enter Home again. You move to that home instantly.

Real-life example

  • You add your spouse as a secondary user on the main home, so both of you can control everything. When you want to check the office setup, you tap Enter Home and switch to Office.

What it does

This moves the main control of a home from one account to another โ€” for example, from Account A to Account B.

How to use it

Step 1 โ€” Add Account B (from Account A)

  1. Log in with Account A.
  2. Go to Settings โ†’ Homes โ†’ Default Home.
  3. Tap Users โ†’ Add User.
  4. Enter Account B's email or phone.
  5. Send the invitation.

Step 2 โ€” Accept the request (from Account B)

  1. Log in with Account B.
  2. Accept the Home Access Request.

Step 3 โ€” Make Account B the primary user (from Account A)

  1. Log in again with Account A.
  2. Go to Settings โ†’ Homes โ†’ Users.
  3. Select Account B.
  4. Tap Make Primary User.

Real-life example

  • You sold your flat or are handing it to a family member. You add their account, they accept, and you make them the primary user โ€” so they now fully own and control the home setup.

What it does

You can rename a device or move it to another room if it was added to the wrong one.

How to use it

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap Devices.
  3. Select the device from the room list.
  4. Tap Edit.
  5. Rename the device, or move it to another room.
  6. Tap Update Details to save.

Real-life example

  • You added a switch to the Hall by mistake, but it is actually in the Study. You open Edit and move it to the Study, so the app matches your real home.

What it does

You can check the warranty information for any device in the app.

How to use it

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap Devices.
  3. Select the Room to see the device list.
  4. Tap the required Device.
  5. Tap Device Warranty.

You can view:

  • Warranty Start Date
  • Warranty Expiry Date
  • Current Warranty Status (Active / Expired)

Real-life example

  • A switch stops working. You check Device Warranty, see it is still Active, and raise a support ticket for a free replacement.

What it does

This shows how well a device is connected to your Wi-Fi, so you can fix weak connections.

How to use it

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap Devices.
  3. Select the Room to see the device list.
  4. Tap the required Device.
  5. Open Device Health.

You can view:

  • Signal Strength โ€” the Wi-Fi quality of the device.
  • Historical Stats โ€” the last known signal level.
  • Live Status โ€” real-time connectivity (when available).

This helps you find connection problems and place devices better.

Real-life example

  • A bedroom switch keeps disconnecting. You open Device Health, see the signal is weak, and decide to move your Wi-Fi router or add an extender nearby.

What it does

If a device gets reset or loses Wi-Fi, you can reconnect it to your home network without losing your scenes, workflows, or schedules.

How to use it

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap Devices.
  3. Select the Room to see the device list.
  4. Tap the required Device.
  5. Tap Configure Device.
  6. Tap Go to Wi-Fi Settings.
  7. Connect to the device's Wi-Fi (for example, SW_2_XXXXXXX).
  8. Go back to the app and tap Confirm Connection.
  9. Select your Home Wi-Fi and enter the password.
  10. Tap Confirm Password.
  11. Wait about 30 seconds โ€” the device is reconfigured.

Why you may need it

  • Needed if the device is accidentally reset or loses Wi-Fi.
  • It reconnects the device to your home network.
  • Your existing scenes, workflows, and schedules stay safe โ€” no need to make them again.

Real-life example

  • After a long power cut, your kitchen switch disconnected. You reconfigure it to your Wi-Fi, and all its old schedules and scenes still work exactly as before.

What it does

You can hide switches you don't use, so the app stays clean and simple.

How to use it

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap Devices.
  3. Select the Room.
  4. Tap the required Device.
  5. Scroll down and tap Hide Switches.
  6. Select the switches you want to hide.

Hidden switches no longer show in the app.

Why it is useful

  • Hides unused or dummy switches.
  • Keeps the app neat and clutter-free.

Real-life example

  • Your 4-switch module uses only 2 channels; the other 2 are empty. You hide the unused two, so the app shows only the switches that matter.

What it does

This updates the Wi-Fi name and password saved on your smart devices. When you change your home Wi-Fi, the devices need the new details to stay connected.

How to use it

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap Devices.
  3. Tap the Wi-Fi icon at the bottom-right corner.
  4. Enter the Wi-Fi SSID (network name).
  5. Enter the Wi-Fi Password.
  6. Select the devices shown on the left side.
  7. Tap Continue.

Why you need it

  • If you change your router, Wi-Fi name, or password, all devices need the new details โ€” otherwise they disconnect.
  • Updating in the app first makes the change smooth, with no re-pairing.
  • Saves time by avoiding a factory reset.
  • Perfect when you upgrade to a new router (JioFiber, Airtel, TP-Link, and so on).
  • Prevents downtime for your automations, schedules, and scenes.

Real-life example

  • You switch from your old broadband to a new JioFiber router. Before changing the Wi-Fi, you update the Wi-Fi details in the app for all devices, so they reconnect smoothly without re-setup.

What it does

This shows all your schedules and routines in one place, so you can see your full automation setup clearly.

How to use it

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap Schedules / Routines.
  3. View all your automation schedules and routines together.

Real-life example

  • You set many schedules over time and forgot what runs when. You open this list and quickly see all of them โ€” geyser timing, garden lights, AC schedule โ€” in one screen.

What it does

The FAQ section explains every feature and gives common troubleshooting tips, so you can solve small issues yourself.

How to use it

  1. Go to Settings โ†’ Support โ†’ FAQ.
  2. Read the explanations for each feature.
  3. Follow the step-by-step guidance and troubleshooting topics.

Real-life example

  • You forget how to add a guest user. Instead of calling support, you open the FAQ and find the steps in a minute.

What it does

If you face a problem, you can raise a complaint and the support team will follow up.

How to use it

  1. Go to Settings โ†’ Support.
  2. Tap Raise a Complaint.
  3. Tap "+" to create a new ticket.
  4. Select the Issue Type:
  • Hardware
  • Software
  • Installation
  • Other
  1. Choose the related Issue Title.
  2. Enter your issue details.
  3. Tap Submit.

Your ticket is created and the team will follow up.

Real-life example

  • One of your switches stopped responding. You raise a Hardware ticket with the details, and the support team contacts you for a fix.

What it does

This shows whether your voice control (like a voice assistant) is connected to the app.

How to use it

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap Voice Control.
  3. Check whether it shows Linked or Not Linked.

Real-life example

  • Your voice commands stop working. You check here, see it shows Not Linked, and re-link it to fix the problem.

What it does

You can use the app in the language you are most comfortable with.

How to use it

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap App Language.
  3. Select your preferred language:
  • English
  • Telugu
  • Hindi
  • Arabic
  • Kannada
  • Tamil
  • Malayalam

Real-life example

  • Your mother is comfortable in Tamil. You change the app language to Tamil so she can read the screens and operate the home easily.

What it does

This keeps your account safe. You can see your login history, check which devices are signed in, and log out any device โ€” or all devices โ€” whenever you want.

What you can see and do

  • View login history from the last two months.
  • Check the date, time, platform (iOS or Android), and IP address for each login.
  • See all devices currently signed in to your account.
  • Remotely log out any single device.
  • Use Delete All Devices to sign out from every device at once.

How to access it

  1. Open the app and tap Settings.
  2. Tap the Profile icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Security.

Real-life example

  • You logged in on a friend's phone and forgot to log out. You open Security, see that device in the list, and log it out remotely โ€” your account stays safe.

What it does

This lets you control notifications and other app settings to suit you.

How to access it

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap Profile.
  3. Tap Preferences.

Notification controls

  • Receive Notifications โ€” the master switch to turn all app notifications ON or OFF.
  • Filter Notifications โ€” control each type on its own:
  • Home Management (user added, guest access, and so on)
  • Security (intrusion alerts, lock alerts)
  • Device Management (device added/removed/reset)
  • Automations (schedule executions)
  • Support & System
  • Workflow Triggered

This lets you get only the alerts that matter and avoid unnecessary ones.

Other preferences

  • ๐Ÿ”Š Sounds โ€” Turn notification sounds ON or OFF.
  • โšก Enable Estimated Energy โ€” Turn ON to calculate energy for devices that do not have power monitoring.
  • ๐Ÿ“ณ Haptic Feedback โ€” Turn ON vibration feedback when you tap.
  • ๐Ÿ”ค Adjust Font Size โ€” Make the app text bigger or smaller for easy reading.

Save your settings

  • Tap Save Preferences to apply your changes.

Real-life examples

  • You find the app text small. You increase the Font Size so it is easy to read for everyone at home.
  • You don't want sounds at night. You switch off notification Sounds but keep the alerts coming silently.
